Wood Decay Biomechanics Workshop: Apr 14-15, 2025

Join Chris Luley and Frank Rinn for a two day workshop discussing: assessment of tree decay, biomechanics, biology of decay, fungi identification, root decay assessment and more! The workshop includes outdoor practical sessions on advanced assessment methods (visual, sounding, DNA testing, resistance drilling (resistograph), and sonic tomography).

Location: Appleby Ice Centre: 1201 Appleby Line, Burlington, ON L7L 5H9 (Community Room #1).
Workshop Dates: Mon Apr 14: 8:00 AM – 5:00PM and Tues Apr 15: 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
