Positions: Groundpersons, Arborist Apprenticeship, Climbers, Plant Health Care Technicians
JOB DUTIES: Positions involve providing expert tree surgery services, ground work support, and plant health care operations to client properties. Responsibilities include fertilizing, pesticide application and systemic injection, climbing, pruning and removing trees as well as full debris removal and site cleanup on residential and commercial properties.
Qualifications.
• Training provided by our experienced Foreperson and trainers;
• Arboriculture or Forestry experience is valuable;
• Other valuable experience includes: aerial bucket experience, climbing without spurs, knowledge of knots, chainsaw and chipper operations;
• Ability to work independently and within a team/crew setup;
• Punctual and able to work in all weather conditions;
• Physically capable for the dexterity of labour intensive outdoor work;
• Valid G or equivalent, driver’s license;
• Valid DZ or equivalent, driver’s license valuable;
• Valid Exterminators License for plant health care operations.
