IPM For Woody Plants Workshop – Guelph Arboretum

This returning ISA Ontario Chapter IPM FOR WOODY PLANTS field course is designed to give you an opportunity to develop hands-on diagnostic skills and utilize valuable resources as a first step in IPM. This workshop combines field study and sample collection, lecture and hands-on diagnostics to help you identify plant problems more effectively. An OMAFRA soil specialist will also demonstrate hands-on soil texturing and discuss soil health and fertility in landscape trees.
Keynote lecturers include Jennifer Llewellyn, Nursery & Landscape Specialist with Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and Christoph Kessel, Soil Fertility Specialist (Horticulture).
The workshop is offered in partnership with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and ISA Ontario Chapter.
